WHere is an easy take on a drink from our latest cocktail list. This is a large-volume premix that is packed with the essence of a festive period, making it ideal for your holiday party. Reserve the remaining cordial to use in morning drinks, puddings, or for additional servings of the drink.

Serves 10 guests
Ingredients for the Clementine Cordial (makes 750ml)
300ml newly squeezed clementine juice
200ml recently pressed lemon juice
500g caster sugar
To make the Drink (yields 850ml, enough for 10)
400ml decent vodka
100ml dry gin
150ml peach-flavored liqueur
200ml citrus syrup (as made above)
Whole cranberries, as a garnish
Mandarin essential oil, as a final touch
Directions
Making the Syrup: Put every items in a pot, bring to a light boil, mixing to dissolve. Next, take off the burner allowing it to cool entirely. Pour into an clean bottle, seal and store chilled, it will last for up to a month.
To make Cocktail Base: Mix all the liquid ingredients into one large bottle, let it rest for an hour, then pass it through best through muslin, so it's perfectly clear.
When ready to serve: Add 85ml of the cocktail base into your mixing glass packed with ice, and agitate lightly for a minute to chill. Pour to a frosted cocktail glass or similar, garnish with some cranberries and complete it with a light spray of the essential oil over the drink.
